What we can do for drill rig inspection?
Our services can cover both the drilling rigs and workover rigs of brand new fabrication, FAT and commissioning as well as druing in-service stage before being put into next round of operation.

For new drilling rig inspection, we do:

For new drilling rig inspection, we do:
•Sending the suitably qualified inspectors to manufacturer site or sub-supplier site to control the quality as per client approved QCP, drawings, technical agreement and API standards.
•Our inspection personnel can be comprised of steel structure inspector, NDT/weld inspector, mechanical inspector, electrical (instrumentation) inspector, etc. The number of inspectors will be dependent on the inspection work scope, the magnitude of drill rig, etc.
•Inspection procedures include: manufacture process inspection, FAT inspection and final certification document review (In some case, client may request us to send inspector to the port for pre-shipment inspection (PSI)). It includes shipment process inspection, quantity confirmation, technical and commercial documentation confirmation, insurance, customs documents, etc.
•Our deliverable: Inspection Report, Punch List, NCR, Release Note and Inspection Certificate.
For in-service Drilling Rig Inspection, we do:
1) In service drilling rig condition survey: This service is to conduct a condition survey of all installed equipment (including drilling equipment, mud system, well control system, power supply, electrical and safety equipment) to pinpoint any defects, faults, etc. to keep from personnel injury, environmental accidents or danger for drilling operations; Review all of the equipment maintenance records and certification for the installed equipment to ensure that equipment was maintained as per related standards or manufacturers’ recommendations (API, IADC, ASME, IEC, IRLH (International Rigging & Lifting Handbook), manufacturers’ recommendations and client HSE Procedures
2) In Service Drilling Rig Inspection: This service is to conduct in service drilling rig inspection up to different Category levels (CAT1/2/3/4/) as per API RP 4G/8B standards
