Inspection stages
- Trial production evaluation Trial production is usually a small and tentative order,based on which the buyer can know how the quality situation is and what the technical level of the supplier can reach to . Then the purchaser can decide if bigger order will be placed or not ,or if long-term cooperation relation will be established and maintained or not. We can send well experienced inspector(s) present on site during the trial production and present you objective, complete, and precise evaluation of the supplier,including the quality control system,equipments, operators’ qualification, production capacity, source of raw materials, completeness of documentation, historical quality records and so on . This evaluation can be regarded as your foundation of decision-making.
- During production inspection
During production, we will carry out visual and dimensional inspection,witness calibration of the testing machines or gauges and tools, witness the mechanical property test and chemical analysis, take samples of the in-process and/or finished products for check at random basis, monitor and control the processes and operations being conducted according to the technical requirement or standard specifications. This enables us to control the quality as well as identify the potential or existing problems as early as possible to avoid mass non-conformity ,which may lead to considerable loss and late delivery. Of course, corrective and preventive measures will be recommended and requested to be taken by the mill.
- Final random inspection
Under some circumstance, our clients may only need us to perform the final random inspection when the production has been finished or almost been finished. At this stage,our inspectors will take samples according to our clients’ requirement and/or the statistical random-sampling standard ANSI/ASQC2 1.4C MIL.STD-105E. Based on the random check,including the visual and dimensional inspection, testing, and other methods applied, we will report to our clients such detailed informations as quantity, appearance quality, key technical indices, marking ,packaging method, storage method, and conformance to the applicable specifications.If there is no problem,we will issue the release note and inform the exact delivery time according to what we know from the mill.
- Loading monitoring
Loading takes place in two locations. One is the loading in the mill ,the other is at the port. Loading is almost the last operation before the physical goods are leaving the mill or are leaving the port. Our loading monitoring inspectors will supervise the loading process to ensure the products are properly stuffed into the containers or are lifted onto the trucks or vessels ,and make sure the correctly adequate quantities are delivered. During loading, special care will be asked to take to avoid the damage or deformation which may lead to the failure of the designed function and accuracy when being used by the buyer some day in the future.
- Full process control
This service is designed to include almost all of the above items. It’s a full process quality control arrangement,from the inception of raw material inspection, documentation review, manufacturing process control to the final packing and loading.
