Engineering Back-up
This is to ensure that the samples being prepared and submitted to the customer do meet the requirements defined by the buyers. We can also verify the QCP(Quality Control Plan) ,ITP(Inspection and Test Plan),and /or MPS(Manufacture Process Schedule) to make sure that these documents are in consistent with the international standards or the technical specification agreed upon between the purchaser and the manufacturer. We also ensure that the supplier conducts the necessary tests and verifications during the design and pre-production stages. These activities can substantially cut down the cost that occurs due to quality problems raised during later stages with mass production.
Manufacturing Process inspection
Manufacturing process inspection further ensures that the agreed product specification is strictly implemented to all levels of the manufacturing processes. The activities can also identify the potential problems as well as the existing deficiencies, and help to work with the manufacturer for the corrective actions by eliminating discrepancies.
